Alex founded MAXRPM Motorsports in 1977 at just  seventeen, he started his business to help support his motocross racing program. After years of collecting trophies, Alex turned his focus from racing to tuning - developing and designing racing products and building high performance motors for motorcycles. This led to collaborating with FMF to design new technology for racing engines and exhaust systems.

In 1986 MAXRPM Motorsports expanded their expertise to road racing and supporting their own race team. In  both 1986 and 1987 the MAXRPM Motorsports Race Team won the WMRRA and OMRRA road racing championships and the overall #1 plate. In 1990, MAXRPM elevated Alex Raphael's passion to maximizing high performance for the European elites; many of the motors and complete race bikes for the top finishing teams and individuals for the past 20 years.

  Today, MAXRPM houses a state-of-the-art service facility that offers unparalleled commitment to high performance service and tuning. MAXRPM encompasses a race team, 2 brand new state of the art Dynojet tuning systems, auto clubs, dealership, service, tuning and much more to meet all the needs of the performance customer. ~

SPOT LIGHT: Alex Raphael is a true renaissance man. In addition to being a wizard with all things mechanical, Alex has traveled the world as a sound engineer with bands and musicians like Def Leppard, Metallica, and Queensryche. Alex is a master of a wide range of skills and expertise; entrepreneur, fitness guru, father, husband, past president of the Olympic Peninsula Region Porsche Club, executive producer of extreme sport videos, and community activist.
